Yes, there are lots of black out dates, but there is still plenty of availability for this promotion.  And remember, you can even use the table service meals in this plan for Character Dining events!

Technically you have to book this Free Dining Plan promotion by 8/14, but keep in mind that there are a limited number of rooms at the Disney resorts available for this offer...
